Cannot download Meta Quest Developer Hub

I've been trying to download MQDH for the past hour, and whenever I confirm my download, It shows this:








Can anyone help? I'm trying to download It for windows.

    Same issue 4 days later. Can't believe this hasn't been fixed, can't download or work on anything.
