Can't create a developer account

Three days ago, with the same issue here. Need urgent help

Hi there, is there anyone can tell me why I couldn't create a developer account? When I come to the step "Review Your Email Address", and I clicked "Confirm Email" button, it shows "Unexpected error, please try again later." Thanks in advance!

I was able to an hour ago (6/14/25).  I used my normal email address not a Meta Account.  Try using a Meta Account.
