connect my Quest 3S to my PC

Hello!
Can I connect my Quest 3S to my PC if the PC is connected to the router via LAN cable, and the headset is connected to the same router via Wi-Fi?
Is it possible to connect the headset to the desktop using Air Link in this setup?
