360° Samsung Gear VR trouble

Greetings. I renderer a 4k 360° vray video on 3dsMax and edited on Adobre Premiere Pro to play it at my Samsung Gear VR. The problem I get when I watch it at de gear is that each eye (left and right) have a split image that do not match so the final image looks like if the sphere was cut or not complete. Can anyone help me?

    Is this a stereo video? If that is the case then you need 2 spheres, one for each eye. Then you apply top half of video texture to left eye sphere and the other half to your right eye sphere (this is if video is vertical stereo).
