Black/grey screen in oculus app

I bought my oculus rift s today but unfortunately I couldn’t play anything on it because of the problem with the app that shows me a blank screen after choosing a profile picture hoping that they fix...

idk maybe it will work with the virtual desktop but if it doesnt thats 20 bucks gone
