Black/grey screen in oculus app
I bought my oculus rift s today but unfortunately I couldn’t play anything on it because of the problem with the app that shows me a blank screen after choosing a profile picture hoping that they fix...
Hey good morning,
we found a workaround yesterday already and it works perfectly.
The issue seems to be with the new users registration only. So what we do is - we replace the new app data with the old one - go on with the setup process and replace the old data back again with the new one and thats it. See the topic below.
