Can my laptop run DK2 ?

The main issues is with multi-GPU and switchable graphics (i.e. Nvidia Optimus, CrossFireX, etc.). I know some people are still using laptops (even when it's not recommended) with mixed results.
In some cases you will get slow framerates, judder, issues with games crashing, black screens, BSODs. It's just not a good idea. In other cases, it may technically run but be slow compared to a desktop of similar price.
If you need something portable, maybe look into Gear VR.
