cannot launch the in vr pc mode

i tried all the posible things i can do
uninstall all usb
un install oculus quest pc
rest oculus quest 2
reinstalla nividia

- Have you checked to make sure that you are logged into the app on your computer when you are trying to make the connection?
- Are you using Air Link to connect your headset to your PC or a link cable?
- Could you please provide a picture of your computer screen when you are trying to pair your headset with your computer?
- Have you tried to restart your PC?
Please provide as much information as you can about what you are experiencing. Once we have more information, we will be able to better assist you!

Yes I'm with the oculus app on . Even I reinstalar the app. And the same **bleep**
I uninstall all usb and install another time
I rest the oculus quest 2 and the same **bleep**.
Note I have oculus quest 2 new and the original cable of quest .
Like from a month it happened to me but I had to format the laptop and then it function .
Yesterday the same thing happened. I don't know why . Because I don't uninstalla any thing to it do that .
And I have a good laptop Msi pulse gl 76 1.5 TB RTX3060 ram 16 gb
