Cannot verify my credit card, so I can't create an organization

Is there anyway to create an organization that does not require the credit card? Because the system gives back an error when I'm submitting the credit card information and does not let me go through the setup.

    I'm having the same problem, it seems to accept it but on the next step it'll provide an error stating that my account isn't verified. It's linked to my FB account so not sure why this is required anyway?
