Can't make Oculus run on Nvidia card

So you can tell the Nvidia driver to use "High powered GPU" in the Nvidia Control Panel. This does not always work though, especially when you are using the external video port. In addition, some (rare) laptops allow you to disable the Intel GPU in BIOS but this is not typically an option.
