Can't switch on developer mode

I put a ticket in to Oculus support but maybe someone here can help me.  I have a Quest 2 and want to switch on developer mode, but whenever I do it sends me to this site and tells me to sign up as a developer and create an organization.  I've done that part already (several times) but days later my Quest 2 auto switches itself back to developer off.  Does anyone know how to switch dev mode on?  Thanks.

    I have the opposite issue. My Quest 2 is permanently stuck in Developer Mode, as switching it off in the app has absolutely no effect at all. Even tried factory reset multiple times, and the headset still goes back to developer mode with the developer mode switch off in the app.

    Hi, I have the same issue with my Quest. I raised a ticket with support as well. Was your issue eventually resolved?
