Custom IR led can be detected by genuine dk2 camera?

I am wondering ir led like this

can be detected by the camera that oculus dk2 uses.
and how many ir leds do you think we need to attach on this thing to make the software
to properly detect the orientation?

- Yes, it CAN be done. With C++ your only limits are your imagination.
- As far as I know, the SDK does not give access to the camera feed.
I wouldn't say it's impossible, but it's probably not a simple thing. - I have seen pictures of the video stream by users, so it should at least possible to tap into it.
