D-link

My vr air bridge wase kinda hard to connect each time but i use to find a way to get it but someday, it stop. I tried literally everything include uninstall Oculus desktop app, factory reset the headset and delet all pc network seting...still nothing. Always end with air bridge configuration done, ready and connect one i jump on the air bridge wifi in the geadset. The problem is from there, impossible to pair with pc even if i see the air bridge in the air link pairing popup...it's not blue, its grey and nothing appen when ivclic to pair....please help

  • Thanks for reaching back out with that update. We would need to take a look at your Logs to make sure nothing within the computer could be causing this. However we cannot look at your Logs from here, because we don't have the resources to do so. 

     

    When you collect your Logs please don't send them here. Instead please follow this workflow to create a ticket on our support website

     

    Meta Quest software or content > Other software or content issue 

     

    Once you do that you'll have the chance to speak to one of our wonderful colleagues through an email, a live chat, a chat via WhatsApp or a scheduled phone call. Whenever you can get connected with an agent, please be sure to let them know all of the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. Then of course provide them with your Logs. 

     

    We are sure they will be able to look into this further and see what could be causing this.

  • Hey there, bonzo2911! We entirely understand that you're experiencing trouble connecting your headset to the Air Bridge. We know how this could impact your VR experience. So, we'd want to jump in and assist you in getting this fixed. 

     

    We'll begin with the minimum requirements that your PC must meet in order to function properly. And some suggestions that have in handy for user's with the same issue. Please let us know how it goes so we can determine if any additional steps are require.

     

    Component Recommended Specs Processor

    • Intel i5-4590
    • AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or greater
    • Graphics Card
    • See the GPU tables in the public article "Meta Quest Link Compatibility"
    • Memory8GB+ RAM Operating System Windows 10+USB Ports1x USB 3.0 ports
       

    Troubleshooting

    • Do not use VPN
    • Toggle on and off Quest Link in system settings in the headset
    • Beta restart Meta Quest PC app
    • Factory Reset VR Air Bridge in the Meta Quest PC app
    • Reboot Headset
    • Reboot PC

      Everithing is well over minimum requirement and all troubleshooting mentionned have been tryed, so wath's next... I tryed air link with a wifi 6 router and it work well...as i said, with D-link vr air bridge all quest and pc app shows connected and ready but the quest cant pair with the D-ling and only in the headset marked as unconnected...in pc app shows connected.
