Distance between images !
With dual system hero i've shoot 2 photo, then i merge them side by side in one image file. I would see this on my oculus,to repiclate the 3D effect but the effect is really bad. Seems cross eyed everytime. Collegue suggests me to increase the distance between the 2 photos, but how much i have to separate the images? thanks

- j1vvyHonored GuestCrop or expand the canvas, shift, and rotate the images so the two videos align at infinity. Then place them SideXSide or Over/Under with the left view first.
- nuandaHonored Guesti already did this, now i've an image like--> lefteyeimage|righteyeimage but on vrplyaer the right eye on the oculus doesn't match with the right part of the image(righteyeimage) and the same with the other eye.
Suggestion? - j1vvyHonored GuestIf you left the fisheye projection of the GoPro you will want to use dome projection on VRPlayer.
Media | Format: Side by side
Media | Projection: Dome
Device | Layout: Side by side
Device | Distortion: Barrel
Tools | Settings | Projection: adjust Horizontal and Vertical coverage so straight lines look natural in the Rift.
Tools | Settings | Distortion: Factor: 0.015, Blue Offset 0.0170, Red Offset -0.0108
If you are not seeing the correct stereo convergence then you need to adjust the horizontal offset this can be done using the K & L keys or Tools | Settings | Display, Viewports
