DK2 on Bootcamp (iMac)

Thank you, that works great! For anyone else having this problem, I'm currently using Cmd+Shift+left/right to move windows to the other monitor, combined with alt+enter to run demos in fullscreen on the Rift. Only downside is that other people can't see what you're seeing on the monitor, but hopefully the direct to rift mode will work on Macs soon :)
