DK2 Windows 10 Runtime 1.3 download???

I had DK2 running in Windows 7 with runtime 1.3 wonderfully. I have not tried it since updating to Win 10. But now, I'm suddenly experiencing a problem with the latest Oculus update locking me out of my CV1 on Win 10!! Because of some irrelevant (for now) CPU instruction set, that my older processor doesn't have (?).  Very upset about it! However, I was able to read a little bit, and the developer of LFS posted an older installer which works without doing the lame CPU lockout. You might want to try it for getting DK2 up on windows 10, but who knows... Are you telling me the old old runtimes, like 0.8 dont work on Windows 10? I was going to set up a dedicated DK2 machine frozen in time, while I buy parts for my ultimate CV1 build.
