DLL for the new SDK

Could someone who has Visual Studio compile the SDK into a DLL that I can link to? I'm trying to adapt it to work in MinGW, but I'm running into some problems. If the SDK just included a DLL, then ...

Ideally there should be a LibOVR.dll bundled with the Oculus Runtime that gets copied to windows\system32. This would make our lives easier..
