I have two 1440p ASUS monitors + the DK2 running off of one GTX780.
Each monitor is running off dual link dvi and the rift is off hdmi and I can have all three going at the same time.
I don't think there's a necessity for all of your monitors to run at the same refresh rate.
My monitors run at 60hz and my DK2 runs at 75hz.
