Emulated device for 1.3 SDK?

Where do I enable the emulated device when using the 1.3 SDK? Or have this option been removed?

Yes, just found the tool myself. (It is in OculusSDK\Tools folder if anyone else have the same problem)
But it crashes for me as well.

Tinkering at home right now and all my DK's are currently at work. So I have no way to check if my migration from 0.8 to 1.3 works.
