ETA on Asynchronous Timewarp for PC?

Can we get an Estimated Time of Arrival for when Asynchronous Timewarp will be released for Windows? I don't know if I should try to implement it myself (which is a huge pain if it has to be done on the main rendering thread), or wait for Oculus to implement it.
