Exporting photos and videos from my pc to my quest 3.

I'm having trouble exporting videos and photos from my PC to my quest 3. On the first day i plugged it in to my computers C port. and i saw it on file explorer. But when i did it again the next day it didn't show up at all. Ive been trying other methods but it still doesn't work.
