failed to initialize libOVR
Rift CV1 headset arrived today. I set it up using the standard process, games work, etc.
Now trying to get development environment working.
I Downloaded Oculus PC SDK for Windows 1.4.0, unzipped, open samples, trying to run OculusRoomTiny (GL) I get error message "failed to initialize LibOVR". Similar error with OculusWorldDemo
Any suggestions? Have googled extensively, no luck so far...
- Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition, v14.0.25123.00 Update 2
- Windows 10 SDK version 10.0.10586.0
- Oculus Home is running

- rms8080ProtegeSolution was to reboot computer, which I had not done since installing Oculus Home. Whoops.
- georgedunaevProtegeI have similar error DK1, sdk/runtime 0.8.0.0. It appears while starting in VS only. I think it something with paths, but don't know how to fix it.
- georgedunaevProtegeIt helps me to start it from different user.
