First person avatar
I am sure this has been asked, but I can not find it anywhere. Has anyone posted a basic human avatar with instructions on how to put it into unity for the Rift? Just a basic look down and see you legs walking when you move. In the steam game "The Forrest" (sweet game BTW) is another example. I assume the user mounts the camera where the eye sockets or neckbone is located? Any advice would be greatly appreciated thanks!

- saviorntProtegeI have a basic avatar set up, however, it doesn't move correctly since I'm lacking a kinematic / IK solution on the rig. You basically just parent the camera under the head, above the neck, in the avatar structure.
Once I get the PrioVR, I'll be doing a "mocap" solution for avatar setups, or at least, thoroughly examining how the entire body reacts when you move your head certain directions / angles - 3dvrmonsterExplorerAwesome thanks for the advice! The PrioVR looks like it will make for a tight setup 8-)

Not really going to use it for gaming as I have back issues; however, it is B-A for using as a poor-man's mocap suit
