GPU spec for oculus link

GPU spec for oculus link will be really required such as "GTX 1060 Super" which has more than 6GB VRAM ?
Due to slim body, my PC can be mount such as GTX 1650 4GT LP 4GB GDDR5.
What is trigger or logic which software judge whether oculus link will work or not ?

It really judge GPU's spec type, VRAM ...etc ?
