Health and Safety Warnings

A bit confused here, before SDK 0.7 it was possible to detect it and jump to the Intro scene once it has disappeared.
Now it is not longer possible, so my question is...

is the SDK 1.0 removing this screen for apps in a similar way of GearVR does, and we should't care about this screen?
