Where should I go to start learning Unity 5 (FREE RESOURCES PLEASE!)

PHYSICS - http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/physics
UI - http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/user-interface-ui
SCRIPTING - http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/topics/scripting
This should get you started, the you can learn audio, animations, ...
If you like a more hand on approach, you can try the space shooter tutorial http://unity3d.com/learn/tutorials/projects/space-shooter-tutorial
