How do I decrease Resolution in Unity3d

I just received my DK2 and I wonder if any of you guys can tell me how to set up the OVR player. I need to decrease the resolution from 2364 x 1461 to 1080p, but also increase the frame rate from 30 fps to 75.

    **Disclaimer: Mac guy trying to help here, so all info below may be completely false.**

    When playing a Unity app you should be able to hold option for the preferences screen if it does not appear. FPS is not an adjustable setting and is determined by the strength of your computer.

    In direct mode my understanding is resolution and other options should be set automatically. If using extended you'll need to manually adjust these.
