How do I start a game company legally?

Hello, I want start a game company. Just me, what I've been doing, but just get it all legally legit. What form do I have to fill out and send to who? Thanks

    You're probably not too far off. That picture was taken at an Oakland park that was a landfill and a bunch of homeless people lived in the bushes. As far as I know noone really knows who built all the sculptures, but a lot of people think it was the work of the people that lived there.
