How long does it take?
Hello everyone,
sorry if this is not the correct place to post this stuff, but I'm quite worried about my orders because I placed two on January 9th and one January 14th. Since then, none of them changed regarding status or details info.
How long does it take? The status update is not updated? I contacted support but they don't answer fast.

Detail(s):
Your order is awaiting inventory before it can be fulfilled. We will notify you when it's about to be shipped.
How long does it take? The status update is not updated? I contacted support but they don't answer fast.

If you are a non-US citizen and you didn't order to your "real" location, forget about it.- What do you mean by "real" location? I'm a european citizen and it was mentioned in my order!

I meant that you can't pay with a non-US credit card and select an USA location as shipping address.- I mentionned an european adress and paid with an european credit card. 8 days, still waiting for "pending" to be updated. Hope this won't take too much time...
- Its funny how it goes sometimes. Mine was sorta like that then it updated and shipped all at once. Although I live in the States :|
