How to adjust IPD?not Oculus Configuration Utility

I have use Oculus Configuration Utility.But Oculus Configuration Utility can only adjust IPD of some oculus game,not all the game.How to directly revise IPD from default 64mm to my own IPD?

    There are many unity demos that will directly let you adjust the IPD, if you press spacebar and if you get a hud appear, you should see IPD listed. Press +/- on the keyboard to adjust.

    some can invoke HUD,but cannot use any key to adjust anything..
    some cannot invoke any hud,such as all of the unreal engine.
