How to configure when using 2 SLI cards?

I run 4 monitors (2x2) on 2 SLI cards currently. I unplugged the top-right one and plugged the DVI cable into the Rift control Box. The question is, how do I configure Windows where I can still use ...

4 screens. I've got a 680 and have 3 monitors (two with dvi, one with display port to dvi adapter) and a plasma tv (hdmi) running from it at the same time.
(My previous radeon 5870 had the same 4 outputs, but could only run three at a time)
