HSW image array not exposed in SDK 0.5.0.1 Beta
Hi,
Tried to compile my integration with the new SDK 0.5.0.1. Everything pretty much worked out of the box. But one minor thing. Since I am doing client side rendering I previously just included "Src/CAPI/Textures/healthAndSafety.tga.h" That char array containing the HealthAndSafety image is not exposed through the includes availble in the DLL. (It is still available through the source version though).
A simple solution for me right now is to just copy this header file to my application. But it would be nice of this array could be exposed through the API instead, to avoid unnecessary duplication.

- kondrakProtegeYeah I was suprised myself, I always got an email notification :)
- cyberealityGrand ChampionYes, this was sort of a soft launch as we wanted to get feedback from a smaller developer group first.
@pixelminer: To answer your question about the HSW: the way it works will be changing in the near future and not using the hard-coded bitmap (so we can address localization and other features). So I'd recommend just making whatever modifications you need to do for now (like copying the file into your project) with awareness that this will be changing with a future SDK. - VrallyProtegeWell I suspected that localization support was in the pipeline. If you want help translating it into Swedish I am happy to help out.
But on the other hand most swedes are pretty bilingual anyway, so English will probably do just fine over here. Furthermore, we swedes are not a very litigious people, so you could probably just release it here without the warning. ;)
