I have touch controllers but "Add Touch" not preset in Device setup.
Hello,
I got a pair of engineering sample Touch controllers. However, I can't figure out how to use them. The sensor shows up, but I can't pair the controllers. What do I have to do to make the "Add Left/Right Touch" prompt show up? This web site (https://developer3.oculus.com/documentation/pcsdk/latest/concepts/dg-input-touch/) says "Note: If the Add Left Touch and Add Right Touch options do not appear, please contact Developer Relations.".
I can find nothing on this site resembling "Developer Relations"...
Any tips or clues about where to start?

I have send a PM also as I have the same issue.- same issue here. 'Add Left Touch' and 'Add Right Touch' options do not appear in device settings 'configure rift' drop down menu.

- has anyone gotten any guidance on this?
- At least previously you needed to be whitelisted to use em. When you get the controllers the instructions tell what to do for this.
- I'm running into this issue with the commercial release touch controllers.
