Immersion: a cheap(ish) way to combat nausea
I got my Rift this morning, and I'm trying to put it through it's paces. I'm ramping up the time I spend I can spend immersed, but I have been experiencing some nausea, as have a few others who tried ...
I achieved similar results by walking on the spot.
I believe the most important element here is to get a natural head bob going on (i.e. your head is physically bobbing up and down) - and that the view somewhat translates in the Rift is great as well (small angle changes simulate visual head bob).
