Is it safe?

No I won't be bringing out the dentistry tools
just wondering if development wise it is now safe to upgrade to Windows 10?
No major hickups / problems / issues?

    No major issues that I know of with the Oculus software stack, though be sure to check that all your dev applications and tools work well in Windows 10.
