Yes, Razer sucks and this is pretty normal for them. Just wait till you get to experience the cheap quality of their build, be very careful with your Hydra! I had two break while being shipped to me, and all 3 that I have had in my possession have had cosmetic damage on arrival. Razer makes cheap stuff.
I feel it's also important to differentiate that Sixense and Razer are not the same company, Sixense in my experience so far does great work! Hopefully going forward Sixense can get their technology into production with a company that cares a little more about quality.
