- chillpandaHonored GuestYou may want to try uninstalling any Android related USB/MTP drivers* (and mark the box for removing related software) you may have on your system. Then, rebooting your computer and plugging in your device to install new drivers with plug n play or manually installing new drivers after removing the aforementioned.
*Related USB drivers like custom ADB drivers for connecting various mobile devices (aside from Samsung) such as WINSOCK Usb, Libserv USB , etc.
Since I used to root/unbrick my android phones, I had a handful of drivers downloaded from XDA Forums that unknowingly caused issues with connecting my device. Once I noticed that the Oculus was not even being recognized as an "Oculus Device" in Device Manager, I uninstalled the aforementioned drivers, rebooted and after connecting it to the PC and letting it install the downloaded drivers from here, it could finally be detected by Oculus software.
I hope that helps you.
