Yeah, when you use the Avatar SDK you receive the raw mesh and texture data from the SDK, so you could save them out to a file (or just load them every time the app loads). The sample included with the Avatar SDK shows how to render them. One thing that's nice about the Avatar SDK is that it handles animating the movements of the controllers (thumbsticks, buttons, etc.)
