Library Game Icon

Hi, I'm developing a vr game for oculus that is not in the store. the problem is that the game icon in the library is small with an ugly background. i tried to use a bigger game icon (set in unity player setting) but it doesn't change anything. Does anyone know how to solve it?

Hello, and welcome to the Oculus Forums!

The icon you're referring to (your game's icon within the Oculus Library) is handled through the Oculus developer dashboard. Here are the steps to get to that icon:

    1. Go to the Oculus developer dashboard (https://dashboard.oculus.com)
    2. Select the organization where your app is listed
    3. The "My Apps" section should now be visible - hover over the app you'd like to modify and click the "Edit Details" button that appears
    4. You should see a row of steps outlining all 8 submission steps (from Build to Submit). Click on "Assets".
    5. In the "Assets" page, you should see all of the required art assets necessary for your app (along with guidelines and best practices for these assets). The icon you're referring to is under the "Icon" section (which requests a 512x512px PNG).
