Linux kernel patch
The readme talks about a kernel patch that was needed to fix something in the linux kernel ubuntu uses, but doesn't give any details. For the people who are not running ubuntu, could we have a bit more details? Specifically:
1. what was the problem
2. which kernel versions it affects
3. has the patch been pushed upstream to the official linux kernel tree? and if so, which version has it fixed?
If you just gave the patch to canonical, and it didn't make its way to the official kernel source, then please give us the patch to apply ourselves!

Aha! Good to know it's an ubuntu-specific bug. Thanks for the info.
