Mac OSX Mountain Lion

When in the damn Mac OSX drivers going to be released      I have a DK2 and no go since all I have is a Mac. I was able to test it on my daughters PC. Pretty cool, but uhm.. would like to get it on my MAC. Does anyone have a clue when they're going to release it? Anyone?

Oh I see the Unity Pro integration, but I must be missing something. When I try to play a Rift scene (demo) I get load of errors DLL errors

I broke down and bootcamped to hold me over.

It's good to remind yourself every now and again just how awful Windows is.. It's easy to let memories fade, to look at it through rose coloured glasses, but only by really sitting down and spending some time with it can you truly internalize what total garbage it is.

It's a testament to the Radness of VR that I'm prepared to touch it, even for a short period of time.
  • Don't say I have to wait longer now my DK2 is finally proccesing.

Need that Mac support. Windows on a Mac is like putting diesel in a Ferrari.

You might want to look into Bootcamp or VMware Fusion in the time being.

I was hoping I would not have to go to those extremes. I have some work to finish up in Maya and I am guessing or should say i'm being hopeful it will come out around when I'm done. Now that would be :o :o :o wonderful.

FYI - VMware won't work. Tried it already.
  • You just made my weekend jherico! Going to give this a go. Thank you!

And bummer to hear VMware Fusion won't work. Thank you dpark! Glad I didn't spend much time fiddling there.

I'm using this time as an opportunity to crunch on progress. While the jitters and other bugs get addressed, I'd rather make headway in developing something even better. At least that is what I'm telling myself. ;)
