Meta Quest Link doesn't detect Meta Quest 3

Yesterday my Meta Quest Link app didn't open due to the error "Can't Reach Oculus Service". So I've tried to repair, reinstall the app and it didn't fix the issue. I was able to fix it deleting the RemoteHeadset.dll file as suggested in Actual FIX for "Can't Reach Oculus Service". Nevertheless, I can't connect my quest 3 to the PC App. My PC detects the device but the App doesn't. I've tried connecting it via Link cable or Air Link and both ways the app can't detect. Do you have any suggestions?

    Hi there, 

     

    We would love to provide you some in depth support to help you resolve your PcVr issues while connecting via Air link and the Link Cable.

    If your able to have a log into the log files of your PC then check for these 3 different Oculus Drivers;

    • oculus_vigembus
    • oculusvad_oculusvad
    • oculusudsvr

    If you are need help retrieving your logs the follow these steps;

     

    1. Connect the headset to the PC
    2. Open the Run window (Windows key + R).
    3. Enter and run: C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-diagnostics\OculusLogGatherer.exe
      • The above link is the default directory. Bear in mind that if you installed the Oculus PC app to another drive you will need to update the command with the correct file path.
    4. Select the checkbox next to ‘Full logs’.
    5. Select "1 day" from the "Collect" drop down list.
    6. Wait for the log collection to finish. This can take some time to complete.
    7. The program will automatically generate a zip file containing your logs, which will be saved to your desktop.

    If you do not have these drivers, uninstall and clear all data related to the Meta Quest Link app and redownload it to get all the drivers active.
