Mirroring on the desktop introduce frame drops

In case people are interested, A stutter as hell sometimes, B is perfect.

It is also worth noticing that even if i stop calling ovr_SubmitFrame, the Present cap to 75Hz, and whatever i am windowed, fullscreen, gsync or not.
I read that in the past, there was a property to turn off vsync but there is no anymore ? people confirm ? That's a little annoying to measure app performance.
