Motion Graphics in 360 panoramic video

I was wondering if there is some kind of tool or software where you can create graphics on top of a 360 panoramic video. The graphics or text would have to be created and displayed distorted, and once played in a VR player, it would look right again. Ideally those graphics or texts would be animated, and in a further step even be stereoscopic. But for now I'd be even happy to create something in 2D.
Like this you could also hide the tripod with a black dot at the bottom, and add some text/logo for example.
Anyone knows who to do those things?

I figured out, as long as you place the graphics in the vertical middle, there wont be any warping distortions. But the question remains how you add graphics and texts at the bottom and at the top of a 360 180 video...

I'm trying to use Mettle Skybox Studio AE plugins to add 3D text with motion as well as a static 2D logo to a stitched 360 video but I'm still having trouble with distortion and warping. Not sure what I'm doing wrong - haven't been using AE too long so I'm sure it's not the software itself.

Any idea what I'm doing wrong in getting the 3D and 2D elements in there?

    Thanks for any help!
  • The clue must lie in the Lens distortion map of the camera. Maybe shooting a distortion grid and then aligning the Graphic element to this grid could be the workflow?
