My oculus came hermetically sealed :cry:
So I can't open it? I can't find anyway in without cutting.
I hate to cut it as it's autographed, but as they say - elephants wear shiny shoes!
A couple of questions:
-Am I missing something? Do I need to pull out the dremel and mess stuff up?
-Is there any tamperproofing in there? Self destruct (or self-disassemble or unusually delicate connections)
-Is it covered with black epoxy in there? I've carved that away before but it's ugly :(
I can not not look in. It's not just the rift - It's just who I am. :roll:
Mostly I want to see what can be patch off of for power and possible floating inputs and such.
I got's lots o' things I want to do in there!

:) thanks! - hope you bought a second one just in case i coudnt bear opening mine up and make a mistake and break it :-). thats for sure. but then again youd be doing exactly what Palmer did in figuring out how to make his :-).
