I wouldn't think I'd mind cables, but I have a Razer Hydra right now and the sole reason I hardly ever use it is the cables; it's far, far more of an inconvenience than I would have expected, especially with the rift thrown in to the mix.
I know I'm echoing the sentiments of others, I know the physical feedback nature of the device gives it high power requirements, and I know you can't have made the decision to make it wired lightly... But the difference between me backing this device and not will come down entirely to the wires.
