No image inside your headset when asked to continue with head set

GTX-1089,16 Gigs of Ram I7-6700K  4.00 Ghz

Installing Oculus Software and when i get to the part that say continue with head set.
Headset has the little light on but will not continue from the part of the set up that tells you to
put on the Oculus on. I have swapped USB ports also i have the Oculus connected with a Display adaptor
because it simply does not want to register via HDMI.

Please Anyone.

    No now for what ever reason my HDMI is working but no display furring set up

    hey there i go the exact same problem can you help me out too plz 

    i got these errors
     24/01 10:09:59.511 {INFO}    [HardwareManager] Tracker WMTD302P300KQJ got attached event with error code 0
    from this file Service_2017-01-24_10.09.59.txt 

    got the the error from the" %localappdata%/oculus search newest log.txt and search for errors procedure" . been stuck for weeks now    

    Who can help me A.S.A.P. i want my rift back !!!!

    I have same problem, just read logs and I found this "Failed to create eye render buffers", did you have a solution?
