Not possible to use SDK 0.7 in .NET projects...

...because <atomic> is included, that is not allowed in CLR DLLs. How can we workaround and remove need #include of header?

    ok, got this solved. was a hard fight with the compiler and lots of void* in native wrapper headers to allow atomic in clr... :D
