NULL texture provided to ovrLayerType_EyeFov. Disabling Layer 0
Failed to render to rift when using OpenGL library. Any ideas?

Was trying to use the QVR library (https://github.com/marlam/qvr) to port our opengl application to oculus rift. It was working okay, but since I did a repair Oculus installation, it reports the above issues in the qvr debug log.
