Oculus app not working

Hello, I wanna apologize first because my english is not the best so here we go,

 

I launch oculus app to play a game and like nothing shows up once i put the vr on my head, I try launch SteamVR, Nothing still blackscreen, and sometimes i see the oculus logo pop up and dissapear, any ideas how to fix it? I tried everything re install the oculus app, restart the pc, still blackscreen!

I use oculus rift s if you wanna know. and it used to work perfectly fine and now, it's hell

    Many people are in the same boat.  Whether you try the Link cable or AirLink, the connection to the PC is unstable or doesn't connect at all.  Tried to connect with my PC recently and it would enter the Oculus white grid screen and then go to a black screen and boot me back to the main menu (disconnected).

    What worked for me is to uninstall the Oculus app from your PC and reinstall.  Unfortunately, it is a 5gb download (no offline mode), so be careful with your bandwidth limits.
